Elizabeth Jane Hurley is an English model and actress who was renowned as the girlfriend of Hugh Grant in the 1990s. In the 1990s, when the film of Grant Four Weddings and a Funeral was the focus of worldwide interest in the media, Hurley accompanied Grant to the film's Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace dress and gold safety-pins. The dress instantly earned the attention of media. Hurley's association with Estee Lauder, a cosmetics manufacturer, has been regarded as a high point in her professional career. The first time Hurley was a model, she started her career at Estee Lauder when she was 29 years old.
